Miller, Mayer, Sullivan & Stevens, LLP opened for business in November 1973 in Lexington, KY. Our firm has significant experience in providing audit and tax services for over 300 low-income housing complexes regulated by the United States Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Rural Development (RD), and low-income housing tax credit projects (LIHTC projects). We also provide audit and tax services for small businesses and not-for-profit agencies, including audits under Government Auditing Standards and OMB Circular A-133 Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations.
