MMS&S opened for
business November 1973 in Lexington, Kentucky as a small business firm (defined by the
U.S. Small Business Administration) and a member of the Private Companies and SEC Practice
Sections of the AICPA's division of firms. We undergo peer review by other CPAs designated
and approved by the AICPA and adhere to the quality control professional education
requirements (40 hrs per person annually) of these practice sections.

We have considerable
experience in auditing governmental units, school districts, social agencies, federal and
state grant contracts, and FHA and Rural Development regulated entities. Our experience in
performing audit, accounting and tax services for FHA and Rural Development apartment
complexes including low income housing tax credit complexes is as follows:

large management companies located in Kentucky. We provide management advisory
services to many companies in the form of accounting system design and computer set-up,
training, and support.
