Cost Certification Services

We provide audit services for Final Cost Certfications for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program pursuant to Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. Our staff also has experience with audits of cost certifications to comply with HUD and RD requirements.
